Our Organic Cotton Sleeping Pillow is a long, narrow support pillow designed to be wonderfully versatile. Use it during pregnancy, alongside your body while sleeping, behind your back while reading, for adult support while nursing, or anywhere you need a soft, supportive pillow without conventional polyester fiberfill or polyurethane foam.

Each pillow is handmade in our Southern California facility with a GOTS Certified Organic Cotton European Damask outer and your choice of natural filling.

And because most of our loose-fill styles have a zipper, you can adjust the amount of filling yourself to create the loft and firmness that feels best to you.

Pregnancy can make finding a comfortable sleeping position challenging.

Our long, narrow pillow provides targeted support without taking up as much room as many oversized pregnancy pillows.

While side sleeping, position the pillow:

Supportive + Breathable

One of our favorite choices for this pillow.

EcoWool creates a supportive, resilient pillow without loose filling. Wool is naturally breathable and manages heat and moisture beautifully.

We especially like EcoWool for pregnancy and back support.

Our wool is sourced with careful attention to animal husbandry and is not treated with the chemical processes commonly associated with conventional bedding materials.

Because EcoWool batting is constructed in layers rather than as loose filling, this version does not normally include an adjustable zipper.

Light + Silky + Malleable

Kapok is a remarkably light plant fiber with a soft, almost silky feel.

Our kapok is minimally processed, and we carefully hand-clean it to remove excess natural vegetation.

Organic Cotton is our firmest and densest filling choice.

It doesn't have the spring of latex or the fluffy resilience of wool, making it ideal for customers who prefer a firmer natural pillow.

🌿 Premium GOTS Organic Cotton Damask

The outside of your pillow matters just as much as what's inside.

We use our premium 100% GOTS Certified European Organic Cotton Damask, the same beautiful fabric used throughout our fine organic bedding collection.

It's soft enough for comfort but more substantial and durable than the lightweight fabrics commonly used on inexpensive pillow shells.
