Our Deluxe Organic Latex Mattress combines premium GOLS Certified Organic Latex, luxurious EcoWool, and beautiful GOTS Certified Organic Cotton into a customizable mattress designed for exceptional comfort, support, and longevity.
Handcrafted in our San Diego facility since 1999, this mattress offers the feel and appearance of a traditional luxury mattress while using only pure, natural materials.
Premium Organic Construction
The mattress cover is made from our elegant organic cotton double-knit fabric quilted with approximately 2.4 pounds per linear yard of Pure Tested EcoWool. This creates a plush, breathable sleep surface that naturally helps regulate temperature and moisture throughout the night.
Inside the cover are your selected layers of GOLS Certified Organic Latex, carefully chosen to provide the comfort and support that's right for you. The side panels feature needle-punched organic cotton quilted with EcoWool and a durable full-perimeter zipper.
Unlike conventional mattresses that lock you into one feel forever, our zippered design allows you to access and rearrange the latex layers whenever desired. As your comfort preferences change over time, you can fine-tune the mattress by simply changing the order of the layers.

The quilted cover contributes approximately 1" of the finished mattress height.
